what game do you think deserves a movie or show

EdymnionMetroid or Eternal Darkness.

I'm all over Eternal Darkness as a movie. That was one of the only games I've ever played that actually freaked me out while playing it. I used to take it to work when I worked a the nearby movie theater (one of the few independently owned ones) and play while the movies were going on. I always regretted it later when I had to go clean the big empty theaters in the dim lighting.

Imagine: Splatterhouse directed by Peter Jackson.

For some reason I've thought (since I played the game first time last year) that Tony Hawk's American Wasteland could be a movie (even though it's already a lot like one in game form). I just see something like that being made eventually.

television shows based on games ruin the game franchise! but they are amusing to the die hard fans.

A Zelda TV show detailing the events of the many generations of Link,
A Mario movie that gets it right and is actually based on the games (The first one to be exac) to be spun off into an animated series
A Casltevania Anime
A Banjo-kazooie kids show
A horror movie based on Splatterhouse

And that's all I can think of right now.

Half-Life (the original), with Charlie Sheen just as he looked in "The Arrival". Perfect match for Gordon Freeman.

"They're waiting for you Gordon ...in the tesssst chammmmber."

Either that, or a live-action Warhammer 40k flick. There was a Bloodquest CGI movie in the works a some years back, but production was halted.
