As the title says, Mickey is voiceless no more! Bret Iwan, a Hallmark card illustrator, who would do Mickey Mouse inpersonations for kids at school's is now the voice of the iconic character. No audio has been released of what his voice will sound like, I just hope this guy realizes he's got some HUGE boots to fill after the death of the great Wayne Allwine.

EDIT: His last name's Iwan, not Igar! My bad, I fucked up.

Cool, I guess Tom Kenny does have better voices to do anyway

All right, it's about time we get a new voice-actor for Mickey Mouse. I'm personally looking forward to how Bret Iwan would do as the voice of Mickey.

That was BigAl who made up the rumor on Tom Kenny being the new voice of Mickey Mouse. I wouldn't mind hearing what Tom Kenny would do as Mickey Mouse, though.

I haven't heard of how Bret Iwan's voice, but from what I read, he's done some good Mickey Mouse impressions to kids during the past. There's also several sites that I've been to that displays some of Bret Iwan's artwork of Mickey Mouse that he did. They looked pretty good.

I'm glad that they found someone to be the new voice of the famous mouse we all know and love. I was hoping they find a new voice for him soon, because who knows what might lie ahead in the future for Mickey Mouse. I mean after all, it didn't take them long to Stephen Whitmire as the replacement voice-actor for some of the muppets that Jim Henson did before his death. I personally thing that Stephen Whitmire does a great job filling the shoes as the voices of Kermit the Frog and Ernie. I wish Bob Iwan the best as the voice of Mickey Mouse.

Devin92I just hope this guy realizes he's got some HUGE boots to fill after the death of the great Wayne Allwine.

He's got to fill Allwine's boots, who filled Jimmy MacDonald's boots, who filled Walt Disney's boots.

Meaning he has to live up to those three who gave Mickey his soul.

Here's where you can catch a short glimpse of Bret Iwan's voice as Mickey Mouse. Just move the playheader at 5:30 and you'll hear Bret Iwan's Mickey voice:

I got to say that Bret Iwan seems to do a really good job as the voice of Mickey Mouse. He really does sounds a lot like Wayne Alliwine's voice of Mickey Mouse. So it turns out that he's a great replacement for Wayne.

They've found a great replacement. It's like Wayne Allwine never died...That's how good I think the voice is. Disney made a really great decision. I hope to hear more of it in the future.

Always an 80s fan, but fine with the 00s.

Toughness and redemption are two themes that carry throughout Clint Eastwood's work, and those are things that I believe in as well. He sets a good example, and that's what I think is cool about him.

I like some 90s stuff, but I would rather talk about either the 80s or 00s. The 90s was a bad decade for me.

Don't let anybody tell you what you should and shouldn't enjoy...You like it? Have fun with it.
