Yup, after visiting this site I was reminded of it. I ordered a 4-episode DVD off eBay and got it last night. It has the first three episodes of the series and a fourth random episode. Its actually pretty funny what they put in there.

"Like this space lightening, we are unstoppable. We will be the Lightening League!"

    Space Lightening?

Ok, so in the first episode, Jayce is riding on top of this huge spaceship as it is trying to leave the planet with all the evil plants on it. The plants are grabbing onto the landing gear of the ship. Jayce falls off the ship and as he falls, he uses his magic ring. He suddenly turns into a giant playing card? ...and starts slicing through all the vines of the plants. Then he lands back on top of the ship and becomes human again.... or human skunk. Whats up with the white mohawk?

Anyway, earlier in that episode, the space ship is landing on the planet that Jayce is on. It is heading towards a force shield dome that Jayce and his buddies are in.

"But the ship will crash into the shield"
"No, the sheild only stops evil"

So I guess the force field knew the ship was good.

Ok, and that vehicle with the little drill on the front... it drills a 2 foot diameter hole in the ground and all of a sudden the whole opens up wide enough for the whole car to drive into with room to spare! Woot! :P So then the whole team follows the driller guy into the new tunnel and they make their way to the underground kiln that is melting a huge pile of gold vases.

...man, I should write an article on this episode! :D

I found it on Fox Kids on monday night at 11pm?? was the one where he sees into the future and goes to the middle of the time portals with gillian.

best thing about it is the music, a real 80's nostalgia (sp) to it
