No, I'm not really that full of myself. Since other people are doing it, I'll make a thread for pictures that aren't fan art, even though this is a fan art forum. Because this is RetroJunk, I'll start by posting this tribute to the year 1990.

That's pretty good. I'm lovin' the color job you did. Do a tribute to the 60's.

1990, Good year for me- I liked being 8!

The 60's, No! Turleman that's too retro, He'll break the site! LOL!

Plus I don't think he has any first hand experience from that decade! Only a few members on here do in fact.

I didn't draw the picture purely as a tribute to the 1990s. She's a character in a story concept of mine that happens to take place partly during the year 1990. Since I don't have any stories set in the '60s or any real attachment to a decade I wasn't alive for, I'll have to pass on the '60s tribute for now.

    Instead, here is a cat.

Its going to sound wierd but aside from that chair the piece has a decidely "medieval" type of look to it for some reason to me. :?

A charcoal and pastel drawing from college. The model is nude, but it should be Safe For Work because you absolutely can't see any "naughty bits". I'll put it behind a link anyway.

Thanks! No charcoal isn't the easiest, but the grayscale pastels help a lot with the shading, and it's still a lot easier for me than

    oil painting.

Still better than I could do. I was always interested in how just a bunch of seeming random splothes or marks can actually resemble something near perfectly when your done. It takes a lot of patience.

Digging through my college portfolio some more, here's another one from 1999.
This time it's a building on campus. I was a freshman that year.
