I used to be a night owl, but then I realized that by sleeping during the day, I was missing out on life, not to mention I was growing more sedentary. When I went down to part-time in 2006, I resumed a normal sleep pattern...One that hinges on my medicine kicking in at the right time, though

Hey Caps I totally feel the same way, I feel so guilty sleeping the entire day, I miss out on so much.

I mean I hate going to bed early, for some reason I've never been able to, but I'm not really a morning person. I mean I really hate the morning. lol.

Hey, maybe what time you were born dictates whether you'll be a morning or night person.

From what I've heard and know from others, that's can actually usually be true.

I'm usually both, but I'm mostly a night owl.
Even vkimo knows I stay up late around two-three in the morning and get out of bed around eight to nine!
