    		 I love the classic tmnt,My favorite character is ray fillet.If anyone owns the figure could i please buy it or be given it because my cousin when i was small gave me a garbage bag of tmnt figures and ray fillet was in there i played so much with him until my cousin took only that one back and then broke it :cry: it still makes me sad,any way here's a pic.

    		 This is retrojunk meaning retro will win over new. I do like to old series, but I'm into the more serious cartoons. I use that have a book that showed Ray Fillet.

    		 I love the old turtle but I must say that the new turtles are more true to the original comic books of the turtle. I remeber collecting the first comics in 85 and 86 and they were dark, sometimes gory, comics and thats what made me first love them so much. But honestly who could not love the pizza eatin' cowabunga yellin' turtles that were the essance of the eighties. I want a job at TGRI so I could make some ninja turtles of my own. TGRI for life. :P:P:P:D:shock::wink::roll::twisted::twisted::oops: :lol::o

    the old one just has and will always have that nostalgic factor...and the pizza

    		 Have to agree with Thew, the original TMNT cartoon will always hold pole position with me, but the new one is actually one of the best contemporary cartoons.

    The animation is kick-ass, the writing is tight, and the theme is pretty good too.. it's no 'heroes in a half-shell', but it's good. At least it's actually a theme song with lyrics, unlike that of most cartoons these days.

    And about the pizza, there would be mucho controversy if they showed the Turtles chowing down on pizza all the time, what with the child obesity problem. Of course it's not the parents' fault or anything... :roll:

    		 i love both, but honestly, aside from the theme song and the nostalgia factor, i think the new one is much better.

    the animation is better, the writing is better, it's less goofy, and they really elaborated each turtle's different personality.
