I have decided to remove the error reporting forum because it was a very poor way to keep track of bugs on the site. To replace it I have created a bug tracker that will help you guys report issues in a way that I can keep track of better.

Also remember that this is a bug tracker and feature requests do not belong and will be deleted. In the future I would like to take feature requests but I simply don't have time right now.
