Trying to remember a cartoon with birds on motorcycles

    		 I can recall watching an old cartoon, most likely a special and not a series of any kind, that had birds (possibly other animals) riding motorcycles, possibly as a gang of riders. Any ideas?

    		 Not the one. Rats. It wasn't a series, as I mentioned. It was a stand-alone special or movie. and I think it was probably mid-80's animation.

    It was a cartoon in the 80's about 5 kids that dressed up in bird suits and drove motorcycles fighting evil.

    		 No. These were actual animals. I'm thinking one was an eagle. And it was nothing scifi in nature.

    		 My gut tells me it was the 70's or 80's. I wish I could give more details, but my memory of it is so faint. I just know that the whole bird/motorcycle combo stuck out in my head. I suppose that part of it could have been only a small portion of the film.

    Not Avenger Penguins. Again, it wasn't a series of any kind. Just a stand alone special.

    I appreciate it. It has stumped me for years. But I know I didn't dream it (LOL). This, and a children's book where (a cat I think) or a group of animals visit an aquarium are two things I've never been able to remember. In that book, I think the cat says something to the effect of "just the facts, ma'am."
