Please help me remember a NES game

    		 I played this game about 20 years ago, all I can remember is that it was either a horizontal space shooter or a platformer or both.

    I want to remember a blue spaceship, but not sure whether that's from another game. I also remember that you needed to use different characters to complete the levels. In the following image is what I vaguely remember what the one level looked like.



    At that specific point I remember you needed to use the kid to pass through the tunnel because he was the only character that was 1 block high.

    Unfortunately that is all I can remember. but if anyone can help me with the name of this game it would be greatly appreciated as I've been wondering about this game a few years now.
