Very little. The only one I can specifically remember ever going to was one which was inside tops market, and that video store was dinky as hell. I remember that I had checked out a blockbusters years before that but that they're prices were high and/or they only had overnight rentals.
Oddly, i have more experiences with blockbuster now that there aren't any around here than I ever did when there were. I get free rentals via mail for having dish.
When video renting was in it's prime, I first rented from convenience stores, then some specialized shops opened up (movie stop, flick's, and one I don't remember the name of). Later there was pharmor video, iggle video from giant eagle, wegmans, some other odds & ends places, then hollywood video, then family video (the only video rental place still with a brick & mortar shop in this town).
