eddstarr88 7 months 5 days ago Posts: 13319	I never expected a full electric car to get a unanimous nomination from the Motor Trend staff. The Model S has a "one speed transmission", lol, since full electric cars don't need a tranny. Electric motors deliver 100% torque at 0 rpm - no tranny necessary.

eddstarr88 7 months 5 days ago Posts: 13319	That's what I thought, it looks like an Aston Martin sedan. And it has a price tag to match too. Nothing comes cheap but a fully equipped version of this car seems waay overpriced, imho. Since everything in this car is computer controlled, future upgrades will be just a download away. Given the technology involved some manufacturers make their electric vehicles "lease only", the corporation maintains ownership for the life of the vehicle.
