Seattle's Creepy Cameraman

Most folks don't seem to care and there's not much public discussion about this topic. But what if surveillance cameras are removed from walls to be carried around by people? That's what the Creepy Cameraman has been doing around Seattle and this guy has the whole city in an uproar.
