I like too say first that i love the Arcade growing up as a kid. Now that I'm 23yrs old I stared too understand that kids are not the same like they use too.
Arcade games are really dieing now and days and because of that I'm very depressed. We came a long way from PONG,Asteroids,PAC-MAN,Super Mario Bros, and Street Fighter 2. I pretty sure one these days the kids will back too the arcade just like they did in the old days or maybe not i don't know really......

Konami was like a BIG BANG FUN of Arcade entertainment.
Remember way back 1993 when TMNT and Lethal Enforcers was around.
Man... those where the days. I'm really crying right now just talking about this topic. It's make me feel upset when i think about the past or when i play a great game from my childhood.......

Well we know that all those company's where good.
It's just that most of the company's are dead now and are not gonna come back too life anymore.
Besides the only last time i ever been too an arcade was back in 2006 or 2005...
There is a place where I live in New York that still have some of the old classic fighting games. It's at Elmsford NY. The name of the Arcade place was call SportsTime USA.
It was so much fun and games being there its just that now the place is not really getting money like they used too and the too top it all off the game machines are dying....
One these days the place is gonna go out of out of business. But it sure did kick some major ass when i was little.

I remember going to an arcade in Panama City Beach, FL which was castle-shaped, and it was loaded with the classics! I think it went out of business, though.

Really?. I never been over that part of FL before. But you know what i do know a place in Orlando FL where you can also play classic arcade games. Its call DOWNTOWN DISNEY - DISNEY QUEST. In there you play almost all of the 80's and 90's arcades. Too me it was very cool. It had 3 floors of non-stop action arcade fun and goodness. I myself and my family enjoy every bit of it.

    THIS PLACE RULES!!!

Disneyquest is some bullshit man. So is Dave & Busters. But, if you must have a public arcade and can't find any other, I guess they will do in a pinch.
