Moving to another state soon!

As some of you may already know I just came back to RetroJunk today after closing my old account awhile back (I was originally known as guineapig64) and I would like to share this great news to everyone on here. I originally live in the state of Pennsylvania and possibly in a few weeks I will be moving to Illinois since my boyfriend lives in the state of Illinois and of course I just want to be closer to him. I originally met him and became friends online and we've known each other since 2009 and one year later was when we started a relationship. Of course my mom is going to move with me since she's trying to find another nursing job (my mom is a nurse) and she decided she wanted to move her nursing job to Illinois just so she can be with me. Either way when we move to Illinois I'll be sure to let everyone know on how the move went.

Before I know it the day will be here when I'll be moving to another state and to be honest this will be the first time I ever moved out of state since I have moved a lot but it was all in the same state. @vkimo - That's really funny your girlfriend has the same name as me and she's also from Pennsylvania. I'm only curious but where in Pennsylvania are you at right now?

vkimo 7 months 6 days ago Posts: 2099 Super Mod Editor	Pennsylvania is alright. If anything I really enjoy being so close to all these other states. There's so much to see within a day's drive. Yep, met online. At first it seemed a little odd and even a bit taboo. However a lot of people meet online now days and if you do it smart it's really a great way to meet people. I wish you the best on your new adventure. Sounds like it's going to be fun!

I've lived in Chicago for over ten years now and been all over the city, know the neighborhoods, city operations, and how to get around without a car. For visits I wouldn't be a lot of help entertainment-wise (frequent homebody) but I can tell you about some good rock n roll bars and weird or cool stores; and if you are ever missing the cheesesteak you should go to Philly's Best which lives up to its name. (I lived in Phila. for year and a half between Chicago times.)
