    		 trying to find a cartoon it a new well not too new more like early 2000s. it has has kid who only talks through a computer to other kids, but he has to move to a building or something and then he is treated like Emperor Palpatine with his friends lining up like Storm Troopers that is all that I can remember I hope you can help me
