I still subscribe after all these years, even though the magazine really started to go downhill around the time the N64 came out. I've been a subscriber since I was only 8, and I could just never bring myself to end my subscription. I own every single issue, and I wanted to keep it that way...so I kept on subscribing. Now that they are finally pulling the plug on it, I can say I stuck with them until the very end. Nintendo Power was a big part of my childhood, and it's going to be weird not getting a new issue in the mail for the first time in over 20 years.

Meh, no biggie. I had a subscription for a year, back in the early 90s & enjoyed it, but not enough to spend my limited money on renewing the subscription. On top of that, it's been 100% useless to me ever since the end of the 16bit era. Add the internet on top of that (tips, codes, images, even videos for any game you want).

I'm sad now. I'm a big fan of the magazine. I have several issues and several strategy guides for my SNES games.

All because of the internet & YouTube!

I still prefer reading off paper than reading off the internet.

I just picked up the last issue today. The last comic is pretty depressing, to say the least.

Picked up the final issue as well. I'm going to miss going to the newstand each month to buy the latest NP. I really am not a fan of Nintendo anymore, in fact I think it's as shit a company as MS and Sony are, but I always enjoyed NP and it disgusts me that the bastards running that company decided to cancel the mag eventhough they have enough money to keep it going.
