Old Cartoon I dont remember the name

    		 When I was young and innocent I remember a cartoon that goes like this:
    There was a bad guy in a suit with dark glasses, constructing a super weapon, then a blond girl (I think she was blond, half bald) with her friend dinosaur, stole the super weapon, the so called super weapon was a male robot or android, at the begging he looked handsome and tall, but then he turned into a skinny and dumb teenager. This was the intro.

    The setting of the cartoon is in the future, the good guys are part of the rebellion or something, there are humans and dinosaurs(the dinosaurs can talk), everyone its armed to the teeth and there are some friction with the humans and dinosaurs don't liking each other. I think it was cyberpunk? don't know...

    So far I can't find anything on google, wikipedia or duckduckgo.

    Any help finding its name would be appreciated.

    I think its from the 80's American made, I just don't know anymore, maybe Canadian? Japanese?

    A master thief named Lady MacBeth steals to survive in a dark dystopian future. On one of the biggest heists of her criminal career she unintentionally steals an android from the labs owned by Mister Moloch ,the near all-powerful kingpin behind all things corrupt and criminal. Project G.e.e.K.e.R. was to be his final key to complete domination of the Earth. His plans had to be put on hold until he retrieved his android. G.e.e.K.e.R. hadn't received the last of his programming that would allow him to control his powers and be Mister Moloch's obedient slave, so the android lacked self control and his behavior could be random at times. Lady MacBeth(Becky), her friend Noah, an intelligent T-Rex, and G.e.e.K.e.R. must keep one step ahead of Moloch and his goons

    the show had some of the most popular voice actors of the 90's. Cree Summer,Brad Garrett, Billy West,Jim Cummings, and Charles Adler

    		 YES FINALLY!

    Its project Geeker, that cartoon was great, now i will go and watch the full season and..... they canceled it?.......... NOOOOOOOO!

    Oh well, at least I know the name, Now I can watch the 13 episodes.

    		 One of the last good cartoons CBS aired before the era of crap programmed by other networks for CBS. Did the show have much of a plot resolution by the end?
