I would have to say Super Metroid is also game that once I start playing I cant stop till I finish.

In my original post I can't believe I forgot to mention Resident Evil 3. Along with RE 4 it is my most replayed RE game.

Metroid on the NES and Super Metroid on the SNES are probably the two games I've played through the most. On average, I play through both of them at least twice a year.

I also play through all the NES Mega Man games a lot...especially Mega Man 3.

    Let's see...

Kirby - Simple, fun, short, and relaxing. I've played and re-played so many Kirby games all the way through, start-to-finish. I think I've beaten Kirby Super Star from beginning to end more than any other game, ever.

Pokemon - Big shocker, I know. Even though I don't often play the same exact version more than once, a lot of them are essentially the same (or all of them are, depending on who you're asking).

EarthBound - I've played through all the EarthBound games at least once in English and at least once in Japanese. Classics.

Advance Wars - Campaign modes over and over again, but that's because they're necessary to unlock stuff.

Phoenix Wright - I play individual cases all the time, but never played a whole game through start-to-finish more than twice. Not really known for its replay value, anyway.

Other than that, it's kinda hard to measure. Like, I've done the one-player modes in Melee and Brawl a lot, but I'd hardly call them their own games. Generally, I try to avoid replaying games since I always have hundreds that I haven't played through yet.

I am sure we all pop in an old video games just for a quick nostalgic fix, maybe just to play a level or hear a song that brings back memories.

What are some of your games though that once you start playing again you can't stop, that you have to finish?

Resident Evil 4 - I have replayed this game a dozen times and I never get bored with it. It has a bunch of replay value, like buying the rocket launcher and showing that village who is boss.

Donkey Kong Country series - I can never just play one level of these games, once I start I gotta finish. If anything its the music that draws me in, I love these games.

Zelda A Link To The Past - Probably my most replayed game, every time I play this game its pure nostalgia of the glorious Super Nes days of staying up late on a friday night after eating pizza and watching TGIF.

Need For Speed Underground 2 and Enter The Matrix. The latter is okay, glitchy as Hell, but I like playing it.

Pokemon for sure. I must have went through Yellow version 5 times thanks to the Dodrio Gameboy feature on Pokemon stadium.

Fire Emblem. I almost prefer it to Advance Wars. Beat it with all the characters at least once.
