Late 90s-early00s Family Channel/Disney Movie I can't Remember

    		 It was a a Family toy company getting bought out and a kid saving it and that ended up trying to sell this Fuzzy little toy and they ended up saving the company by making it talk Its back from the late 90s or early 2000s.
