v:)v Cooler than real life. Last game I saw at thrift was Tengen Pacman, cartridge only, $4 (written in marker on the label)

Whoa I had a dream about this last night. I was in a thrift store and found a still-shrinkwrapped special package that included a limited edition of Super Mario Bros. 4 for NES.

Ugh, I hate that too. Thanks to TV and eBay, finding treasure is much less common than before. I saw this older guy at the thrift store holding an item and checking it's worth on his phone. I was disgusted at myself for doing the same thing, and at him for having a smart phone when I don't. :(

Plus anything remotely interesting is behind glass now with laughable prices.

    Cool....
I went to a couple yesterday and didn't find shit. All these reality shows have made it hard to find anything of value there anymore. I saw two people (one showed at the other store) that wear clearly buying to resell.

Cool find. I only get excited when I see cartridge games at thrift stores though.

so i came across a copy of crash bandicoot today for a very nifty price. and included was the greatest hits version of crash 2. both discs were in pretty good condition, barely any scratches and no smudges at all
