No not the the movies I have never seen the movies to be honest. It's this series

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBSxPHUcGTU&feature=related

Also rediscovered was an old show called Bots Master. I talked about it all of the time and everyone just kept insisting that it was Transformers. But I was like kids in the Transformers cartoon? And an evil guy with a tube down his throat? That doesn't sound like Transformers. So Youtube led me to the answer and Bots Master it was.

These are the cartoons I've been pretty much watching from time to time currently, it hasn't been easy either. I've noticed about the eighites cartoons is that the intros are time less great; gets you pumped up for some nostalgia. . . .but when it comes to actually watching the shows....eeeerrmm LOL But we've all discussed that on numerous posts already.

Ninja Turtles the TV Series on the animated one I hated that one but the one with real people was awesome
I haven't heard of a live action television show about the Turtles. Are you referring to the live action movies?

It was okay I was a teenager when this came out so I wasn't able to catch alot of it. From what I recall though it really had the atmosphere of the old movies.

I just recently watched an episode of a TV show I had seen as a kid, but forgot about it completely until now. I don't remember the name of the show, but it was about a family that had 2 kids, a robot girl named Vicky and a normal boy. It was a nice comedy I liked back then.

a few shows i remembered i rediscovered right here!
    alegra's window: kickass show
shining time station: i actually rediscovered this during lunch break in college, and when i heard the intro, i started bawling out like my childhood 5-year-old self, and someone comes up to me, and asks, what's wrong, and i just clicked on the replay button on this intro, and she starts bawling out too! she was an 80's/90's kid like me, and a few others on here.
puzzle place: i was browsing the tv shows just 2 days ago, and found the intro here, even the end credits mensioned KCET, and i was getting chills!
are you afraid of the dark: oh my god, i was on wikipedia looking where some of my favorite V.O's came from, and found jodie resther, (arthur), and this show pops up under the other roles she did, and come to find on youtube, she's a singer! and she does well! mind! was! freakin'! blown! that's the first person who i want to see when and if i ever go to montreal!
a 90's kid, and i'm damn proud of it!

    Dragonball Z(1989)
I remember watching this show on Toonami
back in the 90s along with Techni Munyo,Sailor
Moon, and Gundam. The show was a lot more comical
then what I expected. I thought it would be a lot
    more serious.

I watched the 20th anniversary of ET back in early 2004, I didn't like the change from guns to walkie talkies, yes I originally saw the movie in the theatre in '82.

There are a bunch of other movies I watched as a kid, not so much as rediscovering them, because I don't usually forget anything I watch, it's why I hardly watch movies more than once.

Yes whats up with that? The kids who watched the original film in 1982 weren't effected by the showing of guns so why the kids from 2002 be any different?

Ain't it the fucking truth. Its because of them todays generation can't enjoy the type of shows that we grew up with.

    Super Mario Bros.(1993)
I first watch this film on cable sometime back in the early
2000s. This was before I've first heard about the gam(Shocking I know.)After watching this I safely assume that it was okay.

    Sailor Moon(1992)
On the same DVD where I saw the Dragonball Z episode
there were also two episodes of Sailor Moon. I haven't
watched that show in a decade. I pretty much regretted it
because it was so damn bland and the main character herself
has the most annoying voice. Also, whenever the villainesses
''shoot out an energy ball'' they sound like they're
    orgasming/taking a crap.

The Monkees when I was a kid I enjoyed the romps and physical comedy. Now I get the old references and the funny captions. When I first watched the show I couldn't read yet.

Storylords.I saw this show on youtube last month. I forgot I watched it as a child. I fogrot how goofy the bad guy characters dressed. I guess it's still a little enjoyable for pure 80s cheesyness and nostalgia value.

You should track down the live action series "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon", that is, if you don't mind reading subtitles.
