Do you take the time to listen to relaxing music? It's like therapy for the ears. 8)

I found a nice song called Snowlight.

There is little in my music collection that would be described as such. But sometimes a band that I like will make some songs with that characteristic. For instance, Einstuerzende Neubauten, a band known mainly for cacophony and harshness, became comparatively quite mellow in their mid/later work.

Here is "Die Explosion Im Festspielhaus" a song which is very serene in the first half, and ends with the chanting of an angelic choir.

The entire album that was on is relaxing for me. Even the centerpiece track "NNNAAAMMM", which some people may find jarring but I think it's really meditative. I can close my eyes to listen to that and just drift away...

Every Sunday evening I listen to relaxing music mostly jazz and soul both contemporary and classic. It helps me get ready for hectic Mondays.

That Snowlight track is good btw.

I enjoy listening to jazz quite a bit. Miles Davis, Coltrane, etc... Kind of Blue is a great all around jazz album to relax to.

More smooth jazz. I'm not sure what the name of this song is, though.
