    VHS tapes don't stand the test of time very well do they? What speed was this recorded on? It looks like EP 6 hour. The SP 2 hour speed holds up much better.

    Yea, it was EP 6 hour. I also had to fix the tape because the find broke on Tape 1

    I hope you cleaned your heads after playing that. Even SLP (EP) shouldn't look that distorted. Even if it's degraded I would expect any thrift store tape to be dirty.
    But I do love it. Very pretty
