This is a movie I watched when I was really young. I don't remember much except that there were a group a kids who were going to *fight back* against a group of other people (probably bullies). THe big scene was where they went to the water park or the pool and was throwing water balloons and other items at the other kids, then they would slide down the slide...

Did anyone have any luck with this? I have been trying to think of this movie for years... I think there is a war theme around the waterfight for memory?
