    - Aeon Flux (not the shitty movie revamp with Charlize Theron)
    - Downtown
    - Sit Down Shut Up
    - Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends
    - My Gym Partner's a Monkey
    - The PJ's (actually, it was a Claymated show, but it might still count.)

So do I. Cartoon Network's The Amazing World of Gumball borrowed Sit Down Shut Up's concept of putting animated characters into live-action backgrounds, which makes both shows IMHO unique in their own way.

Claymation is a form of animation, so yeah that still counts.

    As for my answers,

The Simpsons. No I'm kidding of course.

    But really I would say,

    The Critic
3 South (thought it was super funny)
    Ahhh! Real Monsters
    Angry Beavers

Well if you mean both Nick and Disney's verison of Doug, it had a pretty good run. But I'm guessing you're just talking about the Nick verison, as most people do.
