Been a crazy last couple of days. Whats the biggest shocker to you so far?

I can't belive Ochocinco is a Patriot now. I hate New England and am a big fan of Ocho's. I think hes a great fit considering him and Welker are 2 of the best route runners in the game.

Asomugha going to the Eagles kinda sucks, I wanted to see him team up with Revis. I think Vince Young going to the Eagles is the most surprising so far.

I wanted Asomugha to go to the Ravens. But the Eagles got Asente Sameul, Nandi and Rogers-Cromartie now. Thats one stacked secondary. I'm shocked Young humbled himself to a back-up role too. Hope its a turn for the better for him.

The Eagles will probably be awesome this year.

I just read that the Bears picked up Marion (the barbarian) Barber. He is one of the most underrated backs in the league, his stiff-arm is ferocious.

Ya I liked him in Dallas they just have too many backs. I would have kept him and Choice myself. Bears also got Roy "The Flop" Williams.
Did you see the Cardinals picked up Todd Heap? I think thats a good one for ysll.
My boy Mike Sims-Walker is a Ram now, that'll be good for them, he's really good. We went to middle school together lol.

I'm kind of disappointed that Vince Young left the Titans, but if this is what he wants then it's his decision.

If by left you mean unceremoniously thrown out from an organization that never wanted him in the first place, then yes, he left on his own.

Ever since they randomly locked Steve McNair out from the premises, the Titans have really been pissing me off with their terrible TERRIBLE mishandling of personnel, the reason why we've barely done shit this past decade. Fuckin Jeff Fisher.....-_-

VY is an idiot. He adopted a primadonna attitude after winning the Rose Bowl and it has bit him in the ass ever since. He's a good athlete but if he had half the talent that he thinks he does he would be better than Manning and Brady combined.

So says the USC dick-riders that are all over ESPN and the NFL Network. (EX: the Titans organization settled a 'lawsuit' that pretty much said 'Yeah you can talk to and steal our coaches illegally under our noses. No biggie!';)

Being a Titans fan, of course I pay attention pretty close that goes on. And I can tell you right now that all the analysts still trying to hammer VY and STILL TRYING TO DEFEND MATT LEINART are overblowing what happened during his time in Tennessee.

Did he have some issues here and there? Sure, what player doesn't. Would they have been that bad if Jeff Fisher wasn't such a butthurt douchebag that he didn't get his precious alma mater golden boy and actually showed some support for his chosen franchise QB? Probably not.

I mean just take a look at any of the press conferences after games he played well in, especially those memorable comebacks against the Giants in 06 and the Cardinals in '09. Jeff Fisher looked like Belicheck on depressants with such a bitter and "well-fuck!" demeanor. He nevvvvvvvver even hinted at being proud of Vince or trusting Vince as his guy, and took ANY retarded excuse to bench him in a heartbeat. I.E. the Pittsburgh game where, in a close and easily winnable game, he inexplicably pulls Vince out in the 4th and puts in Collins, who proceeds to almost instantly fucks shit up and loses the game and ultimately the season where once again he gets randomly yanked from a winnable game.

If anything, Vince was tired of Jeff's bullshit and just outwardly expressed it instead of just taking it up the ass like McNabb has his entire career. So I'm glad Vince is out of there. Maybe if he's surrounded by folks that, you know, WANT him there, he can reach his potential.

But yeah, the Eagles look good. Let's see if this is one of those "dream teams" that actually work 8)

Why would anyone defend Leinart? If he was ever worth a damn, he would have been a starter years ago.

    My point exactly...

I can't tell you how many so-called "fans" have argued "Well if Fisher got his way and gotten the guy HE wanted instead of who Bud Adams (the owner) wanted, everything woulda been fine!!!!"

I knew Lienhart would flop before that draft, makes me laugh.

DMoney what do you think about the Chris Johnson situation? He went to my rival high school and I agree he deserves a better contract. Bringing in Hasselback is odd to me as well.

If the Titans were smart (which at the moment I'm doubting), it's a no brainer to resign the guy. Running backs have a pretty short shelf life, so resign him now, GET HIM SOME HELP (stronger o-line, deep threat receivers, a defense that keeps the Titans offense on the field, etc.) so he doesn't have to do everything alone, and he could be an all-time great; easily a Faulk or Dickerson of this decade.

The Hassleback thing didn't really shock me seeing as how they're so desperate to "change their image" and get a buncha goodie-two-shoes-quiet QBs instead of such "CONTROVERSIAL TEAM WRECKERS OOOOOO" like Young. Hassleback and Lockear are just PR moves at this point.

I think Hasselbeck is there partially as a tutor for their rookie, Jake Locker. He never really shone as an elite QB in Seattle, but he has a lot of knowledge.

The Eagles just picked up Ronie Brown. Man, every time they get someone new, it's someone i really like. If they can't win this year it should be Andy Reid's ass.

Yeah, Brown Vick and Jackson running a wildcat will be scarey. Best thing is no matter how stacked Philly or NE are its the NFL its still anybodys game.

I like Kenny Britt for the Titans, he showed up very well last year but his off the field issues may hurt him. I was shocked Jusin Gage never blossomed either.
