Question about My Little Pony Friendship is Magic

    		 OK, now this is something that I've been wondering for quite a while now. But why is that show so appealing to an older audience? I swear to god, just about all of my friends who I've been talking to is so much into that show, and I just don't get it.

    And yes, I tried watching an episode of that show, but I turned it off after 10 minutes. Just the shows incredibly preachy morals and happy atmosphere was enough for me to stop watching. I mean, it's good for little girls, but why is it so appealing to an older audience? I really would like to know.

    17-25 year old males.... yeah, I'm not kidding, the show has a fanbase to people that age. Heck, if you look it up on the internet, then you'll see in many forum sites that people say it's the manliest show ever.

    From what I've been hearing, this MLP rendition is made by the same chick who did The Powerpuff Girls, so apparently there's a lot more subtle & clever humor and "meme" type humor than you'd expect in a show like that, ESPECIALLY a My Little Pony Show. It is indeed mad popular over the web I know.
