No, you're thinking of Stadium Events/World Class Track Meet. T&F was actually an arcade game from 1983 which saw a home port in 1987 on the Nintendo Entertainment System. In 1988, a sequel, Track & Field II, was released on the NES to coincide with that year's Olympic Summer Games in Seoul. There was also Track & Field on the Gameboy, released in 1992 which somehow coincided with that year's Olympic games in Barcelona. Later, in 1996, we saw the release of International Track & Field, a 3D coin-op game which also saw a release on the Playstation and was somehow related to the Atlanta Olympics.
