Um.....if you just want to have a computer to scope out vids on the internet, you don't need a specific computer, I think. You just have to have a computer with an internet connection and necessary programs to play said videos (flash, directx, windows media player, quicktime, etc.) This is just what I know and I could be wrong.
If you want gaming wise, then that's a whole new can of worms to open. That specifically you have to look at motherboards whether you want a DDR 3 or DDR 4, memory, CPU, hard drives, video and sound cards; it gets very technical if you want a great computer. If you want anything to deal with overclocking, then you have to really research the parts if they are built for it.
If you really need to know anything about computers, I would say talk to saurman_w. He seems pretty well into that technology.
