dingo 2 years 2 months ago Posts: 94	Same as Greatshow: Pong, Pitfall, then River Raid in that order. That's on console; the first arcade game I recall playing was a motorcycle game where you jumped off a ramp. It was black and white, the objects were all static except for the motorcycle rider and his bike, and the controls were a set of handlebars with brake and throttle. That game, last time I checked, is still operational at the shooting gallery in Ocean Park, WA.

It was a triangular shaped console on top of which you would mount an interchangeable triangular game cartridge. The game controls were mounted on each side of the console, which included a steering wheel, gear shift, light gun and paddles.

It was cool that each cartridge contained 4 games, as opposed to 1 or 2 games most other game cartridges had. Of coarse, since I've never owned a Telstar Arcade, I don't know how much those cartridges sold for back in 1977-1978 and if 4 games per cartridge was considered a "bargain".
