My first exposure to Iggy was when I had read Ian Curtis from Joy Division, had listened to Iggy's "The Idiot" record before he hung himself. It's a pretty damn good record which influenced a great deal of Post-Punk (Proto-Goth) bands. I love Iggy's stuff with the Stooges as well.
