Watch it now. I guarantee you that you won't find it that humorous. It will be more like holding a power drill to your head with a dull bit.

What, Turtles 3 or Master? I'm gonna skip both and go watch Freddy Got Fingered, a movie you can always rely on.

Lethal Weapon 4. I wasn't all that amused by it.

Jonah Hex was disappointing...and not just because it featured a greasy, toe-fingered bitch.

Sorry when I was typing earlier you hadn't posted the comment yet. Master of Disguise is what I was referring to. I could watch Turtles 3 on replay for weeks before I would watch Master of Disguise. I hate it that much.

John Wayne deserved his oscar. Jeff Bridges doesn't deserve shit.

Another really disappointing movie to me is Doom. Never saw it but I heard it wasn't very good.

jeff bridges is a legend. john wayne is a one-trick pony.

why do you base all of your judgments on movies you haven't even seen yet by what other people say? don't post about movies you yourself haven't physically watched and formed your own personal opinion about, this isn't the "post a movie you heard sucked but never actually saw yourself" topic.
WHAT? John Wayne is a wonderful actor, not one trick pony! I do agree that Jeff Bridges is a great actor too but don't dismiss John Wayne... I prefer the original True Grit but don't take anything away from the new one.

Jack Nicholson became a one trick pony also. He wasn't always one, but he turned into one somewhere in the late 80's. Its just Jack Nicholson playing Jack Nicholson.

I've actually never seen all of 'The Hangover'. For some reason every time I attempt to watch it, I get called away or distracted somehow after the first 15 minutes. It's not due to lack of interest and I don't have ADD or anything, but I just have had bad luck trying to watch this movie. I'm surprised it was mentioned here because from what I've heard it was like, what, one of the best movies of 2009?

A lot of great actors are still great, even if they were a one trick pony. They're good at what they do. And people love them for it.

I was just talking with someone on here about another huge cinematic disappointment. I was just a kid and had become addicted to the Rocky series. I went and, with my own money, purchased Rocky 5... All I can say is Stallone should refund me my money. It ruined the entire thing for me. Thankfully he came out with Rocky Balboa and redeemed himself, but unfortunately 5 is still considered part of the series.

Rocky 5 was much better with the original ending. Rocky dies. He collapses outside of the gym. When the camera pans up in the theatrical version, thats the edit. The studio didn't want it to end like that. But I think it would have made for a better ending.

I don't like Rocky V, but I think it was much better than Balboa. That was too real and gritty, totally missing that Rocky charm (which V had plenty of, especially revisiting all the locations and designs from the first film). I think that's only a personal preference though since everybody seems to love it, but I'd rather movies take me away to another reality.

And speaking of alternate endings, the alternate one to Balboa was much better where he wins the fight against Dixon. But again, probably just a personal preference. I wouldn't have minded the loss as much, except they didn't make it seem triumphant enough as they did in the first film.
