What would it be without the 1990's?

    I start with Matthias Reim.

Guess I'm all alone in loving this song but it deserves to be acknowledged, if for no other reason, for the outstanding lyrics!

I don't think there is a better known melody in 90's music, I think almost everyone knows this song, dance music was great back in those days, the song I am talking about is none other than Better off alone by Alice DJ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9C4BaOgKGc

My favorite 90s tracks are "Crush" by Jennifer Paige, "I Love You Always Forever" by Donna Lewis and "Party Up (Up In Here)" by DMX. I also have a fondness for many freestyle artists of the 90s, and the soundtracks to "Pretty Woman", "Days Of Thunder", some of the Disney animated movies, and "South Park: Bigger, Longer And Uncut". 80s music is my favorite, but I can give credit to some 90s titles.

Is there a best songs of the 1980's thread?

Ride on Time - Black Box

    1989. Close enough.

If it sounds familiar and you don't know why, it was a song used in the movie The Cutting Edge which was about an ice skater and a hockey player.
