My favourite will always remain The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, I had more of thing for the trippy humour of that series over the exciting action from the other three Sonic animated series.

LOL785 2 years 4 months ago Posts: 1250	I like AoStH better than SatAM, but I saw AoStH more than SatAM as a kid, so yeah. I've always hated Underground with a passion, and never really saw X, and don't really plan to I wrote an article reviewing the first SatAM episode (I was bored, OK?), and hopefully it'll get approved. It's been a couple days since I submitted it, so IDK

blueluigi 2 years 3 months ago Posts: 4039 Account Disabled	Like I said in another thread, I find them extremely overrated. At least, the older Sonic cartoons. Sonic X, on the other hand, is a show that I actually enjoyed because it had a better plot development and a nice set of characters. Sure, they're the characters from some of the newer Sonic games, but I didn't think it was enough to kill the series. In fact, the only time I ever felt the series was going anywhere close to downhill was when Cosmo came along, and the show is still wasn't all that bad. The only reason why people hate Sonic X so much is because "LOLZ it's a new cartoon so that means it sux!!" Seriously, if you guys take off those nostalgic goggles and re-watch these older Sonic cartoons like I have, then I guarantee you won't find them great at all. Especially the hyper-overrated show with a really screwed up fanbase, mostly thanks to a bunch of furries on the internet... Sonic SatAM. Even that show gets WAY too much credit than it deserves.

I took the time out of my day to actually WATCH the first episode, and I thought it was a decent take on the storyline, but the writing felt kinda stale, and the voice-acting was wooden. It is better than Underground, but not really something I really enjoyed.

WRONG!!! I (and lots of other people) don't hate Sonic X because it's newer. I hate it because of it's annoying characters, bad voice acting, annoying theme song, boring music, and badly written, overly-dramatic stories. I don't like Sonic SatAM just because it's older. And I'm not some stupid furrie who likes it because of Sally. I like the show because of it's great animation, superb voice acting, awesome theme song, well-written stories, likeable characters, and good re-watch value (I have watched it again and it still holds up). So Sonic SatAM isn't just good because of nostalgia, and Sonic X isn't just bad because it's newer. But anyway, I would rank them: Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (5/10) "Average" Sonic the Hedgehog "SatAM" (10/10) "Amazing" Sonic Undergroung (4/10) "Mediocre" Sonic the Hedgehog: the Movie (6/10) "Decent" Sonic X (1/10) "Awful"

Well, for one thing Chris was stll there and he pretty much ruins the whole thing. I don't hate Sonic X only because of bad voice acting. There are plenty of other reasons too that make despise it .
