Villain is a surprise choice (meaning that he/she is probably a lesser known one) 2. Villain one of Millar's favorites as a kid (means that the villain is a classic foe of Batman) Ofcourse, one could make predictions based on the physical features and stage persona of Tom Hardy My bet is on CLOCK KING- Nolan is already accustomed to the use of time as a key plot element i.e. Memento The Clock King character even appeared in the 60's Batman show
