Thanks, Nick. About Tron, I feel the same way. It's never been treated that well, but it's indeed a great movie.

Its about time that Disney got behind Tron. Its always been a favorite movie of mine. But I felt they were treating it like it was the black sheep of the Disney family. And those pics are very cool.

I remember the People Mover (I think that's what it's called) in Disneyland had a cheesy Tron section where it was just a projector image of the Tron background on white walls, nice try though

are they worth the 150$ ?

It depends, if your a 3D junkie i would get them. they're the only optically correct 3D glasses that exist so they're wont be any weird magnifying or distorted images. If they weren't on restriction for employees i would get them because we get 70% off and then just re-sell them later on, since they're being released in Oakley's collector's series they'll only make so many of them so when they sell out the the price will start to go up.

my problem with 3D is that i wear regular glasses and i can't wear contacts so i have this awkward double glasses thing going on. can they do like prescription ones...?

I have that same problem. But I'll make an exception for Tron.

I love the look of those Oakley 3D Special Edition Tron Legacy glasses. I want a pair, but I am not going to spend that much for 3D glasses.

We just got another pair called the Tron Pit Boss, the regular Pit Boss was custom made for the owner of the company and is part of the elite series, they made one for Tron that's about 750 bucks

He'll probably claim that this is actually Tron 3 and he has Tron 2 in his basement on VHS somewhere.

Been listening to podcasts revealing bits of the Daft Punk soundtrack though. It is really awesome.
