This made the national news, but some of the details were incorrect. They said at first that the kid wall bullied for being gay and a Buddhist. Now they are saying he came out the day he killed himself and that he converted to Christianity over the summer. The parents said they reported it to the school many times, but nothing was done about it. However the school has no record of any complaints of bullying. Sorry kids get bullied all the time and you can't blame it all on the middle school kids. Also if my son was being bullied as bad as they say I would have gone to the school board and possibly the police. It sounds to me like him killing himself had more to do which coming out to his dad than about being gay.
