This was a fun little sketch I made when trying to think of a villain to draw.

I was a little rushed with the sketch and the coloring leaves much to be desired, but I was happy with it. It took about 2 1/2 hours to finish. After this though, I swear you won't see this bad of a coloring job from me again O_o

Anyway Enjoy Dr. Claw having a fit about Gadget, once again. ^^

    Enjoy

Okay, the lineart is obviously hand drawn pencil, and you did digital coloring, and it looks like you put some blurring into the color boundries...

What program are you using to do the coloring with?
If its one that lets you work in layers, I might be able to show you how to draw behind the lines so that you don't get the flak around them.

It was Fireworks, and I didn't use layers for this. It would've been much better, but at the time I didn't know about them. ^^; I also didn't really know how to alter images so I can erase just the white and not the pencil strokes either. I didn't know a lot of things when I made this, but I've moved on quite a bit since then.

This isn't a new picture either, it's another one from last year. Now though I'm doing a little better, but I wanted to post something that was Retro and not one of my original things. ^^

But I'll still take any pointers that I can. =)

Its usually hidden in the layer properties.
In Paintshop, you go into the layer properties and select "Multiply" from the Blend Mode list.

P.S. I am not making fun.

Dr. Claw was always ruined for me when Rupert Everett played him in the movie.

I think Frank Welker did the original voice? :?

Yeah, I did not like the Gadget movies at all. Especially the way they represented Dr. Claw.

Thanks again for the comments everyone. =D
