I would watch PJs, Sister Sister, Family Matters, Bill Cosby, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Good Times and Sanford & Son at times.

Then again, I agree to the other posters who said they don't look at them as black people shows. It's not quite as different than regular white people shows.

Oh man I loved watching reruns of The Jeffersons and of course Family Matters. Steve Urkel without the geek wear was actually very good looking,

The Cosby Show is one of my favorite shows

    Sanford and Son

    Fresh Prince of Bel Air

    Sister Sister was great

Different Strokes (I guess it counts since the two main characters were black

Family Matters, The Cosby Show, A Different World, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Sister, Sister and Smart Guy.

Isn't it funny in real life Tia and Tamara are Tahj's sisters?

There was even an episode where they appeared. Also, he appeared in an eipsode of Sister, Sister as their tutor.

When I was a kid, I didn't miss an episode of the Jeffersons. And I'll occasionally tune in to Sanford and Son on TV Land nowadays. I was disappointed when the PJs was cancelled several years ago.

Good Times and What's Happening were always on TV at my house. Also Gimme a Break and Different Strokes if those count.

There were more white people on cops than black.

I don't think I can add up all of the white trash toothless southern losers I caught on that show.

I've never thought of them as being "black" or "white" shows. I just enjoy good TV. Just like the Golden Girls. I'm not an old white woman but I still like the show.
There's a legend around here. A killer buried, but NOT dead. A curse on Crystal Lake, a death curse. Jason Voorhees' curse. They say he died as a boy, but he keeps coming back. Few have seen him and lived. Some have even tried to stop him. NO ONE can.

I guess Family Matters can be called a "black show". We all liked that. Another "black show" that we liked was The PJ's.
