Last night they had YET ANOTHER PARTY. They rent the large house next door to me (a house I tried to buy but the owner was a fucking greedy pig and wanted $50,000 more than it was worth) and have at least one party a week. I have no idea how many people actually live there because there are anywhere between 5-7 cars in the yard at any one time.
My husband had to speak to them again about their noise. It got to 12.30am and some hyena-laugh woman kept waking our daughter up because they sit outside and smoke and drink. My husband is a former security guard and dresses in black and can look intimidating in an unbending way. He went over and said, "You're going to be quiet now." They did. One week they had three parties in one week, all ending at 4am- on working days!
The good news is they're moving out. They have been told they can no longer park all over the grass and were firmly told they need to vacate by the real estate agent. So this will only leave one undesirable near me, the neighbour who stole our lawnmover in the 10 mins my garage was open.
