Well I don't know how this happend it seems like I chipped a piece of my middle finger and I feel the part in my hand and it hurts like a cramp constantly.

Here is what they can do.
Give you pain pills and have you come back for a follow up (they make more money)
Do an operation to repair the damage. (they make more money)
Your body will heal itself, unless you have a broken bone don't worry about it. Trust me you would know if it was broken!
