Deleted 3 years 3 months ago Posts: 54340	i'm surprised that it made such a big impact for it's time. but as many people have said, it's lost it's touch after the movie came out. as a rumor i heard a while back, if you look on one of the dvd's that come with the season 5 set, there's a picture of spongebob's driver's licence on it, and it shows that 2010 is the year of the expiration date. a few people that noticed this thought that the date on that license would also be the same time that the show would stop airing

CartoonKing2 2 years 24 days ago Posts: 192 Account Disabled	This show came out in 1999, so I say it would be a 90's cartoon, not a 2000's one. But SpongeBob SquarePants is (was) a great show. But like everyone else has already said: it went downhill after season 3. Some of the newer episodes are okay, but even the few good episodes from the new version of SpobngeBob have nothing on the first three seasons.
