FINALLY got around to watching some of these.
Thoughts:
Superman : Doomsday
I really liked this one. It's probably my favorite Superman oriented animation feature. The story was great and really had a likable quality to it. The Doomsday fight was decent, but too short, and the story afterward was pretty good. My only beef to the whole thing is the way they drew Superman. His face had too many lines.
Green Lantern : Final Flight
This one was okay to me. It didn't pop, but I wasn't expecting it to. I love Green Lantern as a hero/character, but I've never been into the interstellar theme of his books. All the aliens just make my head start spinning. It was great telling of his origin, though.
Justice League : New Frontier
I loved the book and expected to love this one, too. Overall it looked and felt like a solid film, it just didn't have a lasting impression on me. Cooke's artwork looks great live, and is pretty true to DC's animation look.
Wonder Woman
Like what many have said, this one just startled me and I felt like this one is the second best movie I watched in this genre. Great settings and voice acting.
Superman/Batman : Public Enemies
It was great to gather Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy back together into a more mature cartoon. To me, they just have those two heroes' voices down on lock. Unfortunately, this wasn't their best work for the characters. At times things felt forced (including the jokes). I really enjoyed the story, minus the head scratchers that were "why would Luthor be so hands on in a meteor crisis?" and "why is his only competition a kid from japan?" and "when did this movie become a Voltron film?" I don't know the comic roots to this, other than it was drawn by McGuinness, so I don't know how to gauge the film correctly.
Planet Hulk
I kind of like this one. After I think about it, I liked the film a little more than when it ended. I never read the comic, so I can't gauge this one either. What I got was another elaborate Gladiator story, but with a little more flare. That's not to say I didn't like it, though. I was kind of depressed to see the Hulk weaker than I'd imagined him to be, especially for earth's greatest heroes marooning him on another planet. Are these creatures on this new planet that much stronger than our own? Or is there something hindering the Hulk's "smash" ability? I never got a conclusive feel as to why this is. Still a good watch.
Hulk Vs
This was definitely the best film I saw from this group. The Wolverine half was simply amazing and could easily beat out all of the other movies by itself. Hulk was stronger and meaner than ever, Wolverine was doing his beserker stuff everywhere, Deadpool had some great quips, a Weapon X tie in was involved, the fight sequences were awesome, and the music was rocking the hell out of my brain. Great overall piece. The Thor half was just the extra on the side. It really surprised me at how great it turned out to be. I've never been a fan of the Thor up until The Civil War. All those doth's, hath's, and thee's just seemed too much for me, Fortunately, that language was minimal in the film. The Hulk's power in this one should have been the basis for Planet Hulk, IMO, but the comic was probably what controlled that. The Hulk's rage and strength were really felt throughout and you get a sense of Banner's personality, too.
Still need to see...
The Invincible Iron Man
Doctor Strange : Sorcerer Supreme
Justice League : Crisis on Two Earths
Not gonna see, unless successfully convinced to...
The Ultimates movies - Really don't want to watch a Ultimate Universe film. I never read the books either; The Ultimates, that is.
The New Avengers movie - Sorry, I'm not a kid.
Batman : Gotham Knight - Not a big anime fan.
