SD card can't be read on wii?

    		 so i recently got a few cameras in the mail that my parents sent me, some that they just don't use anymore, and i found that a 150 mb sd card was in one of them. well i formatted the sd card so i could manually erase all the pictures from the card and took a few photos to see what they look like on the wii photo channel. well after i inserted the sd card and went to the photo channel, i got a message saying that the "sd card isn't usable". is there any way to fix this?
