Have you ever done it? I used to do it all the time growing up. It was about a team of super animals who all drank from a river that had just had some toxic waste dumped in it. Of course instead of killing them it mutated them so they could be super heroes they fought all of the other evil creatures that drank from the river during this certain time as well as other villains with equally hockey comic book origins. It was called "The Super Squad" It was also as lame and horrible as it sounds but I was a kid and it was fun at the time.

I have actually started to write another one now and have a good friend of mine on drawing it. We're planning to hopefully make it a web comic. Its also much better then The Super Squad.

How about you guys have you ever done any?

Dammit, i made a bunch of sonic the hedgehog comics back in the day. If only my parents never threw em away, I'd make a whole user forum for those things. I'd make more, but it was more fun when i was a kid in those spur of the moment moments.

I self publish my comics when I have the chance. :D If I get over 10 copies published, it will probably lead to lawsuits and mind-altering substances.

My brother and I had an idea for a comic planned out. There was a decent cast of characters and a general outline, but I could never take the first step into writing the damn thing.

It was about these teens who accidentally form a team and may-or-may not actually have any powers. There would be a fair amount of dark comedy and brooding. But then comics like Kick Ass and the Runaways came out and our ideas didn't seem as good.

Still like to put the sketches up on my deviantart.

Throw your own spin on it. Thats the best thing to do. And don't post the ideas online until they're copy written.
