    		 Technically I have a job, though I haven't worked in a few weeks. :roll: I'm with a temp agency, so I get shoved around a lot of offices. Usually a lot of "we're totally behind on paperwork, fix it." I do general office/ clerical/ data entry. But the past couple times i asked for an assignment it didn't pan out, and I'm pretty damn sure it's because they're faxing over my really old resume. :x

    		 I work as a Pub Host at a resort. It means that I have all the responsibilities of a bouncer, but I have to have the sunny disposition of a WalMart greeter.
    I put up with a lot of drunken rednecks and idiot tourists.

    		 I'm 19, so I have a part-time job. I am a bakery clerk in a grocery store. It's actually pretty cool, much bettern than wehen i was a cashier at the same store. All the guys love the redhead in bakery :D
    When I'm at school, I work the circulation desk at the campus library.
    I'm going to school so I can be a reporter for a news station, hopefully eventually work in the city (NYC) for Fox News.

    		 Usually I'm a full-time/perpetual Univeristy student. Currently, I'm an Assignment Coordinator for Paramed Health Services. It's the equivalent to being a pimp to nurses and personal support workers (homemakers) except I make less money than the nurses. In a few weeks I start as an Instructional Assistant to first year University calculus students.

    		Mystie, I feel your pain. I am also with a temp agency, but my days with them will soon be over. I will be in childcare or the public school system really soon. Although I was accepted to graduate school for this fall I'll be attending in spring06 so I can save up more money. Although I do not regret undergrad, finding a job with it is a beeeeyotch :evil: ! But once I get my MS (Guidance Counseling), there should be nooooo problems with getting a job, at least I hope not :roll:

    		 I'm 21. I work for the county government out here and I work on all of their computers. I do all of the websites for the whole county, plus I update/repair/network and teach everyone how to use the employee computers.

    FUN.

    Actually, it is quite fun, except for when you get someone who's never sat in front of a computer before. I have a woman I started teaching on Monday who couldn't understand the concept of "double click". :roll: It took me a good 20 minutes to explain it, and another 15 for her to figure it out. :roll:

    :D I actually love my job. What makes it even better is that not only do I have to work, but I'm also going to college, trying to hurry up and graduate so I can go work for the FBI. Yay.

    		 Man, most of you guys have real jobs. Am I the only member of the 28-Year-Olds Club that's still working a crappy pissant job?

    I work for the local school district doing these jobs:
    1) Substitute custodian. On call day or night to do janitorial work, basically.
    2) Substitute lunch delivery driver. On call during the day to drive a huge food truck to deliver lunch, do some light warehouse work, help prepare for the next couple days, and do whatever the lazy, bitchy lunch ladies can't do for themselves, like opening cardboard boxes or getting something out of the freezer when it's right next to the freezer door and I'm obviously busy doing something else. But I'm not pissy or anything.
    3) Substitute mail delivery guy. On call during the day to drive a huge mail truck and do some light warehouse work. They pay me $3.00 an hour less than their wage-agreement says they're supposed to, but if I mention it they'll suddenly discover they don't need me anymore.
    4) Mowing crew. Full-time hours with part-time benefits (that is, absolutely nothing) from April to October. Lower pay than the other jobs, much harder work. Groundskeeping, hauling furniture, assisting the maintenance guys, plus whatever crap-job nobody else wants to do.

    I've got a couple Associate degrees and I'm four months away from a Bachelor. Hopefully I'll be able to find a real job with THIS degree -- no luck with the others.

    		 I am a software engineer for an international healthcare company. The application my development team works on tracks supply usage in hospital units, emergency rooms, specialty labs, etc. Most of my company's products rely on barcode scanning technology, but my particular product is heading toward RFID.
