    		 as much as i wanted to go walking today... i couldn't since there's been a heat advisory of 108 degrees. worked from 11am to 2pm today and just stayed inside watching a dvd marathon of burn notice

    		 I watched the blu-ray version of the original Mortal Kombat movie and went to bed at 4am. Got up at 11:30, had a fast meal and went to work, then I watched Harry Potter in the mall theatre at night.

    		 So worked today...and had a call round 2pm from my sis in law, that my brother- whom lives up the road- really fucked up. They have 2 severely autistic kids- my brother is a foster kid - and he apparently turned his back for a few mins and the kids threw a glass 1/2 pound candle holder off their balcony- on the 12th floor- at the pool area of their building...causing some little girl to get numerous stitches and they may now be evicted, sued and lose their kids to CAS..our child protective services. I am betting the loser was playing his PS 3 and all this shit went down. So I finished my shift, made an awesome BBQ dinner of Striploin and sirloin steaks, and killed a 26'er of shit tequila- Olmeca- which here his $29 a 26er..FML

    		 speaking of jobs, i got laid off of my last one. must be that time of year, because this has happened three times in the past few months. the next one that i'm signing up for (hopefully) is a job in photography. might as well give it a try since photography is a secondary hobby of mine when i take a break from drawing

    		 My cousin left me his vermin to take care of untill tomorrow. A Chihuahua it is. Damn thing barks at anything and doesn't now when to stop running around. I'm gonna call the exterminator if this doesn't stop.

    		 My suburb just had another power cut and when I heard on the radio, the cause was not a kite being trapped between the powerlines, but a transformer on a stobie pole got overloaded by lightning & caught fire.
