    Yeah, I figured WA flag would have some joke about rain. What many people don't realize though...is that much of Washington is actually dry and arid. It only rains a ton along the coast and in the Puget Sound region on the western side of the state. I guess because most people only think of Seattle when they think of Washington State (and Seattle is in the "wet-zone";), they think of Washington as being rainy.
