In my opinion, this movie was great. Very good for a post-Renaissance movie; not quite as great as Lilo & Stitch or Bolt, but still great. I liked its high respect for nature and it's messages of brotherhood and seeing things through another's eyes. I actually found the moose not-so-funny, I loved Koda far more. The animation was spectacular, especially during the Transformation scene, and the soundtrack...I love it. I've liked Brother Bear ever since I saw it theatrically when I was nine. How about you guys?

Brother Bear was very enjoyable. They did very well on this one. Not only that, but bears are one of my favorite animals.
I bought part 2 at Wal-Mart but have yet to watch it.

I only seen it once, so I don't remember much from it. I still own it on DVD though, I might try to watch it again soon.

It was okay, but not very memorable, at least for me. I remember watching it in the theater and being bored halfway through.
Recipe for nostalgia: Mix 80's and 90's culture. Stir in some good memories. Add a dash of reflection. Mixture should now taste bittersweet. Shake well and enjoy!
