If Jesus ever came back, I would rather be left behind. I wouldn't want to miss the Apocolypse, would you?

    HELL NO!

I was, and still am afraid of ventriliquist dummies. I used to just not like them, but then I was up late watching Nick at Night as a kid and I watched that spooky Alred Hitchcock episode. The one where the dummy was really the man and the man was the dummy. OMG creeped the everliving shit out of me!

Not much scares me, but Stephen Gammel drawings have and always will be my greatest fear. They were the bane of my existence when I was little. For years I couldn't sleep at night, and was afraid to go into public restrooms or other empty rooms like basements alone. I will never overcome it either, because even to this day I can't look at them. I stared at one once in 2004 for too long, and I started to go hysterical. They were in these old books called "Scary Stories to tell in the dark" btw.

The slitthery dee came out of the sea it ate all the others but it didnt eat....gulp!

My childhood fear was strangers. I remember Nick News did a special once on strangers that terrified me into thinking every person in the world was gonna kidnap me.

Dodongo, I was gonna ask you to post an example but I think I know what you're talkin about now. The Scary Stories series... kind of wispy pencil drawings? I remember the lame one about the "Viper is coming up", but it ended up being a window wiper with an accent. If that ain't it, please post it, I'm curious!

Yeah that's it...if you want to see pics, google scary stories to tell in the dark...I'm not looking for them ROFL! I do remember the viper story though.

Yeah haha, those stories weren't scary at all...but it was deceptive since I used to like reading scary stories, but as soon as I saw those pics I was scarred for life! I honestly can't beleive they would allow those pics in a children's book.

Yeah, the scary stories to tell in the dark series was the best ever. It did have some pretty creepy drawings though. The pig that had human hands and high heels. Or the wolves who found that lost kid and the kid ended up being raised by them. Or the wendigo....... that was a good one.
It's my goal to sparta kick all hipsters in the throat....

I was afraid of watermelon seeds. Everyone's heard the saying, if you eat watermelon seeds a watermelon will grow in your stomach.

And bubbles. "If you pop a bubble you'll blow up" I got over that when I was 5. Didn't last long.
